Proceeding contribution from Lord Sharman (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 30 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I shall speak to Amendment No. A208ZAB, which is in this group. The noble Lord, Lord Hodgson, has already spoken eloquently of the reason for this group of amendments and I shall not repeat his arguments, save to say that Amendment No. A208ZAB is an alternative amendment, which seeks to achieve the very same objectives of which he has spoken. I support the group.
