moved Amendment No. A208ZAG:"Page 358, line 32, leave out subsection (4)." The noble Lord said: Clause 752(4) contains criminal sanctions, which in our view are not appropriate. They are disproportionate to the offence that is committed and therefore the amendment seeks to remove them. I beg to move.
