Army Barracks (Deaths)
As someone who has read the entire report, does the hon. Gentleman agree that it would be difficult now to find some of the evidence that might be needed, either because it has been destroyed or because some procedures in place at the time were, to say the least, lackadaisical? Trying to get to the truth of some of those deaths will be very difficult.
