I think that ““aid and abet”” is a highly emotive phrase. We are looking at Clause 61 on ““Support of culture etc.””. The Bill states:"““The Welsh Ministers may do anything which they consider appropriate to support””," a list of functions from (a) to (k). What appears to be being said this afternoon by a number of noble Lords is that perhaps something has gone a little wrong in the Assembly. I say for the third time that we have had the debate, it is all on record, and I am sure that a considerable number of people involved in the arts, not only in England but in Wales, will be interested to read what has been said.
