Company Law Reform Bill [Lords]
I thank the hon. Gentleman for his intervention. I am indeed interested in that idea, and I should like to pursue it further. In conclusion, and as I was saying, the OFR is also good for those living in developing countries, for whom we in this House have a duty of care.
