Is not it the case that we do not need to go as far as the schedule to tackle corruption? The long title refers to reporting"““about the proportion of expenditure in low income countries and about the effectiveness of aid expenditure””." Surely the phrase,"““the effectiveness of aid expenditure””" could and should cover corruption.
