International Development (Reporting and Transparency) Bill

The duty to report does not cover reporting on technical assistance, although significant aid is often provided by way of assistance rather than cash. There is also no duty to report on projects carried out jointly with other donor Governments. Are those not further weaknesses in the Bill?
