Proceeding contribution from Viscount Hailsham (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 12 July 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate and Emergency debate on UK-US Extradition Treaty.
UK-US Extradition Treaty
On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, it must be wrong in principle to refer to those three people as ““the Enron three””, because it is prejudicial to any trial that may take place. I ask you to intervene to stop it.
