Welfare Reform Bill
I support the Bill, and hope that I shall have an opportunity to explain why. Given that the proposals relating to work-related activity depend heavily on the use of private and voluntary-sector providers, can my right hon. Friend assure us that decisions on sanctions will be made not by those providers but by Jobcentre Plus?
