Road Safety Bill [Lords]
I am listening carefully, because the hon. Gentleman has an extremely important point to make. However, I am a little worried that he does not seem to be addressing the problem of people who take medicinal drugs and do not treat them as though they have an effect on their driving ability when it is clear that they do so. Does he envisage some extension beyond simply the drugs that he has mentioned so that the amount in the bloodstream can be assessed?
