Road Safety Bill [Lords]

I beg to move, That the Bill be now read the Third time. It has been a long journey. When the Bill first entered Parliament in 2004, statistics showed 3,508 deaths on the road every year. The figure has dropped by 8.5 per cent., or 300 lives a year, since then.
