In the light of the Minister’s comments, and particularly in the light of the supply chain amendment, I beg to ask leave to withdraw the motion. Motion and clause, by leave, withdrawn. It being Three o’clock, Mr. Deputy Speaker, pursuant to Order, [17 October], put forthwith the Questions necessary for the disposal of the business to be concluded at that hour.
