I wish that the Minister had listened to what I said. I clearly stated that the amendments were proposed on a probing basis and I explained that they were based on representations that we had received from the CBI. I believe that the CBI has as much right to be heard on this matter as anyone else. If others had provided comments, I would have ensured that they were discussed as well. I think that the Minister should accept my comments in that light.
