Companies Bill [Lords]
As the Minister said, these are technical changes relating to arrangements and reconstructions, and they reflect the proposals of the Law Society. The only question that I had was whether amendment No. 113, which is a consequential change suggested by the Law Society, had been dealt with as part of the proposals that the Minister has just explained. I heard what she said about being satisfied that that had been addressed, and therefore I have no further objections.
