Offender Management Bill
The hon. Gentleman should calm down. The Liberal Democrat position is clear. They oppose the Bill for the reasons that the hon. Member for Sheffield, Hallam (Mr. Clegg) said, but their answer was to throw more money at the situation, when that clearly does not work.
