moved Amendment No. 130: 130: Clause 128, page 96, line 29, leave out ““section”” and insert ““Part”” The noble Lord said: I imagine that this is a misprint. Surely, the Bill should read ““Part”” not ““section””. If the noble Baroness agrees, I will not pursue the matter. Is there an argument behind it? No.
