Proceeding contribution from Baroness Morgan of Drefelin (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 8 January 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Mental Health Bill [HL].

Mental Health Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister for that reply, but I am going to have to think about it quite carefully to ensure I understand it properly. If the Minister is worrying about gaps, I might be worried about including too many people who maybe should not be included. I will reflect on his response and on the comments made around the Chamber, but at this stage I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
