Proceeding contribution from Meg Hillier (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 18 January 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Antisocial Behaviour.

Antisocial Behaviour

The hon. Gentleman has indeed been generous in giving way. He highlights Islington under the Liberal Democrats as a beacon of great activity in tackling antisocial behaviour. Does he realise that the Liberal Democrat administration in Islington, which is my neighbouring borough, opposed the use of CCTV on a mobile police van? Perhaps that contributed to the Liberal Democrats losing seats and Islington becoming a hung council.
