Antisocial Behaviour
The hon. Gentleman makes an important point. Would he be surprised to learn that a recent answer to a parliamentary question that I tabled revealed that only 3 per cent. of local authorities mentioned the children of prisoners in children and young people’s plans? Does he agree that it is important to identify early those children who might be at risk of committing crimes later?
