Proceeding contribution from Lindsay Hoyle (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 18 January 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Antisocial Behaviour.

Antisocial Behaviour

I understand that the hon. Gentleman will speak next. I have nearly finished, and I think that it is only right that we all get to speak. We have all waited a long time to do so. I finish by saying that the Government want to be tough on crime, but we must keep proving to the people that we will be tough. We must stand up and be counted when people ask it of us, because it is easy to talk tough and vote weak; we see that now and again on the Opposition Benches.
