I hope that I addressed these points when I read out the draft regulations, which include the Corporation of London as one of the bodies that must be consulted when formulating the strategy. As I said earlier, the Greater London Assembly is also included. The assembly’s views will clearly be key in formulating the strategy. The draft directions and guidance also make it clear that the strategy must include a summary of the main issues raised during the consultation and how they have been addressed. That addresses the other point made by the noble Baroness, Lady Hamwee. I hope that the points made have been addressed, but I will be happy to engage further with the noble Baroness, Lady Hamwee, if she so wishes after she has studied my remarks in Hansard and read the draft directions and guidance.
