Proceeding contribution from Russell Brown (Labour) in the House of Commons on Friday, 26 January 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Energy Saving (Daylight) Bill.
Energy Saving (Daylight) Bill
I am not anti-devolution. I supported the Scotland Act and I support the Scottish Parliament. Perhaps the hon. Gentleman and I should get together on 9 March, when another private Member’s Bill will be considered and we shall discuss the issues at which he hinted.
