The Solicitor-General has raised the issue that the Attorney-General raised last week in the House of Lords. On what date did the director of the Serious Fraud Office contemplate, to use the words of the Attorney-General,"““inviting BAE and certain BAE executives to plead guilty to certain charges.””—[Official Report, House of Lords, 1 February 2007; Vol. 689, c. 380.]" and on what date was the decision taken that that course should not be pursued?
