Welfare Reform Bill
That explanation is very helpful and will be extremely welcome to the various people advising me. I had not appreciated that point; the voluminous papers on the Bill did not make it clear that the grant was for 12 months rather than 24. Never mind. I am extremely grateful to the Minister. I am sure that we will return to these and linked subjects throughout the afternoon’s proceedings. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
