My Lords, I deeply appreciate the noble Lord’s warm supportand that of other noble Lords, including, most particularly, the noble Baroness, Lady Morris of Bolton. I would have loved to have had the warmly enthusiastic and immediate acceptance of my amendment by the Minster, but I have been reassured by what he has said; I appreciate that.
