My Lords, I have now found the relevant page in my notes and can tell the noble Lord, Lord Roberts, that Welsh Ministers must consultas appropriate when preparing or revising their intervention policy statement. They must lay the document before the National Assembly for Wales and publish it. The Assembly will play a formal part in the process.
