Proceeding contribution from Baroness Meacher (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 28 February 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.

Can he confirm that the Pathways to Work pilots do not indicate that these procedures work with people with mental health problems? That is what the research shows, as I understand it.
