moved Amendment No. 151B: 151B:Clause 177 , page 93, leave out lines 35 to 37 and insert— ““(7) An order under this section may not be made unless a draft of it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
