Proceeding contribution from Lord Northbourne (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 29 March 2007. It occurred during Debate on Children.

Children

My Lords, that was a fascinating and interesting debate, well informed and wise. It would be impossible to summarise it, and it is not my job to do so, but there were three words that I heard come up many times: love, relationships and community. It remains only for me to thank all the speakers for staying behind from their recess for an extra hour or two for this important debate. I beg leave to withdraw the Motion for Papers. Motion for Papers, by leave, withdrawn.
