I agree. I hope that we will be able to return to the issue. I hope that, despite the particular sub-paragraphs to which we have drawn attention, it will be possible to frame the measure in a way that does not constrain the production of energy and heat through microgeneration. Surely that is the whole point of the programmes that are to be introduced. For those reasons, I will not seek to press the amendments to a vote, but I remain unconvinced.
