Proceeding contribution from Lord O'Neill of Clackmannan (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 12 July 2007. It occurred during Debate on Energy: White Paper.

Energy: White Paper

My Lords, perhaps the noble Baroness could share the views of the Conservative Party. Unlikely though it may be, that party has the potential to be a successor Government and, in the interests of continuity of policy, it is not unreasonable for us to ask what the policies of the Conservative Party are. In every television studio in the country, there appears to be degrees of division.
