Climate Change Bill [HL]

Under Clause 2(2) the Secretary of State has to have cognisance of any, "““significant developments in … scientific knowledge about climate change, or … European or international law or policy””." So it is irrelevant not to consider these issues. It is imperative that they should be included in this provision.
