Education and Skills Bill
I always listen with great interest to the Secretary of State. Skills shortages in this country are a real concern on both sides of the House. However, is there not a danger that the Government are neglecting the important point of the quality and relevance of education up to 16 and focusing only on its quantity by expanding it beyond 16?
