Sale of Student Loans Bill
There are other issues, such as debt collection, that we have debated previously, and we may do so again when the Bill goes to the other House. There are all sorts of things relating to who handles the debt that might affect the welfare and circumstances of the debtor. Ownership is important in those terms as well.
