Climate Change Bill [HL]

I am grateful to the Minister for coming back into the debate at that point and helping me to continue this important dialogue. The debate has been useful in that the exchange of views has probably led the Minister and the Government at least to take a fresh look at this whole clause to see how it might work in the interests of the success of the Bill and of the war against climate change. There are two elements, which are very important. With the Minister’s assurances that he will get back to us with some of the thinking that has come out of this, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
