Climate Change Bill [HL]
I am grateful to the Minister for reaffirming the direction in which both risk assessment and programme adaptation will move. Many of the amendments we have put down in this section try to make sure that adaptation is seen to be an important element of the Bill and its progress. Following the Minister’s comments, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 172 to 175 not moved.] Clause 48 agreed to.
