I thank the Minister for that reply. Since we tabled the amendment I believe the European Commission has announced that it wishes to introduce legislation before the end of next year. I wish to examine the matter further but in the mean time I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Schedule 6 agreed to.
