Child Maintenance and Other Payments Bill
I am surprised. I shall look at the Minister’s statement very carefully. Will the financial information from HMRC on which the CMEC calculation will be based be on a PAYE basis purely from the employer’s or whoever’s end-of-year return, or will it be possible to get something mid-year from HMRC so that at least an interim calculation can be made with some degree of accuracy?
