Animals Act 1971 (Amendment) Bill
Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, but I think you give me more credit than I am due. My hon. Friend the Member for Hendon answered his own question. I say to the hon. Member for Leominster that, if the amount is the problem, that must be examined, but it is not part of the Bill. [Interruption.] I thought that we were considering liability, not the amount of money that is paid out.
