I am sure that the whole House is grateful for that information, which will come as a considerable surprise to the leader writers of the Daily Mail. Does my hon. Friend think that the reason why the specialist legal practitioners who responded to the DEFRA consultation that took place 18 months ago concluded that Mirvahedy v. Henley created a satisfactory situation is relevant to the point that he has just made?
