Proceeding contribution from Joan Walley (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 20 March 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Creative Industries.
Creative Industries
I am most grateful. I have indeed read the document with a toothcomb, and I take great heart from a comment on page 64, which I referred to earlier. It states that the ceramics movement is redefining itself"““as part of a new creative economy.””" That is good enough for me, and good enough to ensure that the Government will work with me in that area.
