moved Amendment No. 92: 92: Clause 75, leave out Clause 75 The noble Lord said: My Lords, as I indicated in the debate on the previous amendment, I am in the unusual position of having my criticisms accepted in a government amendment, which vastly improves the clause. Even so, I am seeking to strike it out completely, for all the reasons that I have given. I beg to move.
