Proceeding contribution from Rob Marris (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 29 April 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Finance Bill.

Finance Bill

I should wait. I want to talk generally about CO2 emissions, because that is related to the whole issue. First, I should like to correct some of the figures given by the hon. Member for Taunton (Mr. Browne) on household emissions versus vehicle emissions. I see that you are looking concerned, Sir Nicholas. Please tell me—I am sure that you will—if you think that I am straying too far.
