Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill
I am afraid that I really do not buy the argument that it is necessary to include the civil strife issue, for the simple reason that in the House of Lords case of R v. Lemon it is said unequivocally that"““it is not an element of the offence that the publication must tend to lead to a breach of the peace.””"
