Proceeding contribution from Baroness Cumberlege (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 14 May 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health and Social Care Bill.
Health and Social Care Bill
I thank the Minister for that reply, which I find reassuring. It is nice to have it on record that the Care Quality Commission will consider all the costs and benefits. I agree that we do not want to duplicate work done by someone else. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clauses 50 and 51 agreed to.
