Health and Social Care Bill
I am most grateful and much reassured. The other assurance I seek concerns the OHPA being able to make special provision. Enshrined in that should be the need to maintain a balance between professional and lay members, so that there could not be a skewed number. As the panel increases in size for complicated hearings—and I can see that it might have to do that—it should maintain a balance as it expands.
