Proceeding contribution from Baroness Thornton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 14 May 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health and Social Care Bill.
Health and Social Care Bill
I have been given a note answering the noble Lord’s question as to whether the doctors will be given the option as to whether the panel hearing their case has a legally qualified chair. We do not envisage that. The decision on the selection of the chair will be a matter for the OHPA.
