moved Amendment No. 24: 24: Clause 35, page 17, line 41, at end insert— ““( ) to the General Social Care Council, and”” The noble Baroness said: My Lords, I do not know whether to be flattered or terrified that I have to do this in the presence of three former health Ministers with whom I have debated the existence of the General Social Care Council over the past nine years, as well as the current incumbents.
