If the hon. Gentleman wants to improve his health, it is not too late to register to play in the rugby league match a week on Saturday. The hon. Gentleman describes a facility that is clearly popular and works. Does he agree that that might work in Wigan, but is not necessarily the answer in Leeds, North-West or other areas? The imposition by the Government is the heart of the problem.
