Proceeding contribution from Bob Russell (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Monday, 23 June 2008. It occurred during Legislative debate on Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism.

They include—closer to home—Sinn Fein-IRA, and various liberation movements in what was formerly the Empire and is now the Commonwealth.
